Structure and working principle of gate valve:
– Valve connected to the pipe by flanges at both ends, or shackles connected to HDPE pipes. Valves and pipes are connected by bolts. Gaskets are inserted between the two flanges of the valve and the pipe so that the connection has a high tightness.
– The valve body is molded from Gang Bridge FCD450, covered with both sides with Epoxy paint with thickness> = 300 μm.
– In the valve cap at the top, there is a space for storing the valve leaf when opening the valve, outside the bolt holes are sunk into the body and pouring glue or candle wax to prevent dust, water and moist air from trapping and rusting bolts. .

 The valve leaf has a wedge shape, made of Gang Bridge, outside covered with 1 layer of safe EPDM rubber with clean water.
– The valve leaf is fixed to one end of the valve with a pin (pin), the upper end of the valve is connected to the handle by a threaded hole, above the valve cover, the position of the passing valve is closed, This cover has a sealing function to prevent material from leaking out. When turning the crank, the valve company will move up and down to close or open the valve. So we call this type a Floating Gate Gate Valve. When observing the position of the valve, we can tell whether the valve is in the closed or open position because when the valve leaf is in the open state, the valve valve protrudes up from the crank.
